Samuel Adams is a legal assistant at Carlin & Shapiro, P.A. Samuel graduated from Yarmouth High School in Yarmouth, Maine, in 2007, and went on to earn his Bachelor’s from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York, majoring in political campaign communications and economics. He also spent a semester attending American University in Washington, DC, to study journalism and government. Samuel served as a research assistant for Maine Senator Olympia J. Snowe’s Senate Finance Committee staff. In 2012, Samuel boarded a plane for Telluride, Colo., for what was intended to be one winter of skiing in between jobs. Samuel did not leave Telluride until 2015. During the winter, he worked as a chairlift operator and lift mechanic. During the summers, Samuel worked as a staff writer at The Watch, a local newspaper, and as a research librarian. Samuel currently resides in Falmouth, ME, with his two golden retrievers Rocky and Tristan and can be found most winter weekend at the Sugarloaf Ski Resort.
